Senior Designer

We are seeking a Senior Designer who is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on creator. In this role, you will set the creative standard for our in-house agency, producing exceptional work across various channels and mentoring those around you. You'll partner closely with internal clients, translating briefs into impactful designs and defending your creative decisions with clear rationale.

• Produce exemplary design work across social, etail, retail, sales decks, and short-form video
• Partner with internal clients across marketing, sales, and product
• Concept and execute with both visuals and words
• Defend design decisions with strategic rationale
• Build scalable systems like templates and production workflows
• Manage multiple concurrent projects across stakeholders
