Motion Design Lead

Huge is seeking a Motion Design Lead to join their Creative Craft team. This remote role involves bridging 2D motion and advanced 3D environments using AI tools to create compelling visual stories for broadcast, web, and immersive experiences. You will collaborate with creative teams, drive motion strategy, and elevate visual craftsmanship.

• Lead motion design for digital, web, advertising, and video content
• Integrate AI workflows for rapid iteration and production streamlining
• Create high-end motion graphics, 3D assets, and spatial experiences
• Develop storyboards and visual concepts with depth and spatial design
• Partner with Creative Directors and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain high standards of design excellence and quality control
