Senior Product Designer

Lead the design of complex user experiences within a B2B SaaS product, focusing on agent workflows. You will drive design decisions from discovery to shipped detail, advocate for best practices, and contribute to evolving our design system. This role requires a strong point of view, backed by evidence, to shape product direction and deliver impactful solutions.

• Lead end-to-end design initiatives for complex B2B SaaS products
• Drive design decisions, user journeys, and advocate for best practices
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams
• Contribute to and evolve the design system and patterns
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design
• Mentor less experienced designers and raise craft bar
