Designer UX/UI (H/F)

You will conduct user research, facilitate design workshops, and create intuitive interfaces, translating user needs into impactful product roadmaps and design systems. • Conduct UX research and evaluation protocols (quantitative and qualitative)
• Lead collaborative design thinking and design sprint workshops
• Define product roadmaps with Product Owners, focusing on user experience
• Translate user needs into personas, journeys, and wireframes
• Create mockups, prototypes, and style guides/design systems
• Collaborate with developers to ensure feasibility and user satisfaction
