About this role

Kyndryl is seeking a Lead Experience Designer to lead design workstreams for mission-critical technology systems, including those involving AI. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver end-to-end design solutions, from research and prototyping to final delivery, focusing on human-centered design and the ethical use of AI.

Lead design workstreams from discovery through delivery
Design human/AI collaboration, including agentic workflows and interaction patterns
Conduct and apply user research to inform design decisions
Facilitate co-creation workshops with clients and stakeholders
Deliver traditional experience design for dashboards, web applications, and visualizations
Champion accessibility, inclusion, and ethical AI practices
