Senior UI/UX Designer

Leidos is seeking an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to enhance internal workflows, processes, and digital products within a mission-focused environment. You will leverage user research and human-centered design principles to uncover user needs and translate them into intuitive solutions. This role requires collaboration with users, developers, and stakeholders to drive evidence-based design and innovation.

• Plan and conduct user research using various methodologies
• Apply human-centered design and design-thinking principles
• Develop user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes
• Conduct usability testing to validate concepts
• Translate research findings into actionable recommendations
• Partner with development teams and stakeholders for effective implementation
