Senior Product Designer

As the first dedicated Senior Product Designer for Nota, M&T Bank's platform for attorneys, you will own the end-to-end design process in a startup-like environment. You'll collaborate closely with product and engineering to translate customer needs into intuitive digital experiences, conduct research, and help shape the future of digital banking for law firms.

• Own end-to-end design for Nota, from discovery to iteration
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define and deliver experiences
• Plan and conduct customer research and usability testing
• Facilitate client advisory council and incorporate feedback
• Design complex workflows for attorneys and small law firms
• Collaborate with a broader design community across M&T Bank
