Staff Product Designer (Marketplace)

Lead product design initiatives for Coupang's expansion in Taiwan, driving innovation and customer delight. You will guide a team of designers, own the end-to-end product creation process, and collaborate across departments to solve complex customer problems and shape the future of e-commerce in the region.

• Lead 2-5 designers and own product creation from ideation to development
• Develop user scenarios, journeys, wireframes, and UI designs
• Utilize qualitative and quantitative data to inform design directions
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and HR teams
• Establish product vision, roadmap, and strategic decision-making
• Improve design processes and assure design quality
