UX Designer – Sedgwick AI

Sedgwick is seeking a senior UX AI Designer to shape intuitive, human-centered AI experiences for large-scale business transformation. You will translate complex AI capabilities into accessible user experiences, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure AI solutions are practical, trustworthy, and effectively adopted.

• Lead UX strategy and design for AI-enabled products and workflows
• Design experiences for Generative AI, conversational AI, and copilots
• Partner with AI architects, engineers, and business leaders
• Develop user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models
