About this role

As a Lead CX/UX Designer, you will independently own research and design for a complex product area, driving solutions that improve how tax and accounting professionals work. You will conduct your own research, define problems, and develop end-to-end solutions from discovery through implementation. This role involves partnering with Product and Engineering, mentoring UX colleagues, and leveraging AI tools responsibly.
