Principal UX Researcher

Zocdoc is seeking a Principal UX Researcher to own the research strategy for either patients or providers within their healthcare marketplace. You will collaborate with cross-functional leaders to shape product strategy through high-quality quantitative and qualitative research, identify user needs, and drive business objectives. This role involves defining user groups, shaping ambiguous problem spaces with evidence, and measuring user experience to improve healthcare accessibility and affordability.

• Own research strategy for core user groups (patients or providers)
