User Experience Researcher

Genesys is seeking a UX Researcher to lead end-to-end research studies for AI-powered customer experiences. You will partner with cross-functional teams to uncover customer insights and translate them into actionable recommendations, helping to improve digital engagement for contact center agents and their customers.
