About this role
As a Lead Product Designer on our AI Agents team, you will shape intuitive AI automation experiences that help businesses deliver better service at scale. You'll translate complex agentic capabilities into clear, configurable products, collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers. This role is critical to strengthening Zendesk's leadership in AI-powered customer service.
What we are looking for
6- Lead end-to-end design for AI Agents experiences, from discovery to iteration
- Translate complex technical capabilities into simple, useful customer experiences
- Establish reusable design patterns and quality standards for AI Agents
- Use customer research and product insights to identify and validate opportunities
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, Content Design, and Data teams
- Experience designing generative AI, automation, or AI-assisted workflows
