Product Designer

Plaid is seeking an experienced Product Designer to own the design of their direct-to-consumer financial products. You will be the sole designer on a senior team, responsible for the end-to-end design process from problem definition to pixel-perfect execution. This role requires exceptional craft, a user-centered approach, and the ability to integrate AI agents into the design workflow.

• Own consumer surface design end to end
• Set and hold the visual and interaction quality bar
• Partner directly with product and engineering
• Build working prototypes, including with AI agents
• Produce high-quality work from wireframes to prototypes
• Advocate for consumers and user-centered process
