Senior Designer, Content Design

Electrolux Group is seeking a Senior Content Designer to join their Digital Experience team in Petaling Jaya. You will design content for appliances and their controlling apps, focusing on core user experiences like onboarding and account management. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create accessible, scalable, and culturally-aware content for mobile UIs.

• Design content experiences including information architecture, UI microcopy, and instructional content
• Manage content and translations in Figma and CMS for biweekly releases
• Collaborate with Marketing, Post-Purchase, R&D, and Brand stakeholders
• Contribute to the design system with global glossary, guidelines, and patterns
• Utilize data, insights, and research to inform design decisions
• Champion accessible, scalable, and culturally-aware language
