UX Design Intern

Awardco is seeking a UX Design Intern to contribute to their fast-growing employee experience platform. You will apply user-centered design principles, gather requirements, and create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. This role involves user research and usability testing, with an emphasis on thoughtfully using AI tools to enhance design and research processes.

• Apply user-centered design principles to improve platform workflow, functionality, and visual appeal
• Gather requirements, define information architecture, and create user personas
• Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using AI-assisted tools
• Perform user research and usability testing, critically evaluating AI-generated insights
• Apply research findings to create new features and improve existing ones
• Enrolled in a relevant bachelor's degree program or equivalent
