Staff Product Designer, National Impact

Robinhood is seeking a Staff Product Designer to lead the design of new, zero-to-one financial products from concept to national launch. You will shape how millions of Americans interact with innovative financial tools, ensuring pixel-perfect quality and a high standard of craft. This role involves close collaboration with leadership, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to define product direction and deliver impactful user experiences.

• Lead end-to-end design for zero-to-one products
• Own the craft bar for typography, spacing, and motion
• Translate complex requirements into simple, elegant user experiences
• Partner with engineering to ensure design fidelity
• Build and maintain scalable design systems and patterns
• Present design direction to senior leadership
