Staff Product Designer, AI Search

Clio is seeking a Staff Product Designer to lead the strategy and end-to-end experience design for AI Search and shape AI experiences across the company. This hybrid role, available to candidates in Canada (excluding Quebec) and the US, involves collaborating closely with Product and Engineering to build foundational AI search capabilities and reusable design patterns.

• Own end-to-end experience design for AI Search, from discovery to execution
• Define interaction models, patterns, and guardrails for AI experiences
• Build deep customer intuition and systems understanding for durable experience decisions
• Shape a compelling long-term experience vision for AI Search
• Raise the quality bar across the product ecosystem with cohesive, accessible experiences
• Mentor and elevate other designers through critique and coaching
