User Experience Researcher

Emergent Labs is seeking a User Experience Researcher to build and evangelize user research practices. You will independently plan and execute various research methods, analyze data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform product strategy and design decisions. This role involves mentoring junior researchers and improving research operations.

• Plan and execute generative and evaluative UX research
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative user data
• Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers
• Create research outputs like insight reports and personas
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
