Staff Product Designer, Commercial Growth

Squarespace is seeking a Staff Product Designer to lead the end-to-end commercial experience, focusing on cart, checkout, cross-sell, and pricing pages. This high-visibility role involves translating monetization strategy into scalable, intuitive user experiences across the product portfolio. You will act as a player-coach, bringing systems thinking and craft to critical commercial surfaces while mentoring the design community.

• Own the Commercial Product Design Surface across plan selection, cart, and cross-sell
• Translate monetization strategy into scalable and reusable UX patterns
• Design cross-sell and merchandising systems for flexibility and scale
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and RevSys on purchase and conversion flows
• Establish design consistency and raise the design bar across Commercial Growth
• Mentor designers and elevate craft within the team
