Contractor - Email Designer

MNTN is seeking a contract Email Designer to modernize their email program. You will refresh existing email templates and design ongoing marketing campaigns, focusing on performance, usability, and brand consistency. This role requires expertise in Figma, email design best practices, and creating engaging, high-converting emails.

• Redesign and modernize MNTN's library of email templates in Figma
• Design high-converting marketing emails optimized for click-through
• Create lightweight animations and interactive elements for enhanced engagement
• Apply email design best practices for responsiveness, accessibility, and deliverability
• Partner with Marketing to iterate designs based on campaign goals and performance
• Deliver organized, developer-friendly Figma files
