Designer, Principal UX

Slate is seeking a Principal UX Designer to define how customers interact with their vehicles and digital products. You will lead impactful UX projects, establish user experience processes, and advise stakeholders on user-centric design. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for emerging technologies and a deep understanding of accessibility.

• Lead impactful UX projects in disruptive, ambiguous problem spaces
• Define how people interact with Slate products, in and out of vehicle
• Establish User Experience (UX) processes for ease of use and consistency
• Advise stakeholders on user-centric approach and apply UX methodologies
• Articulate insights and UX recommendations to executive stakeholders
• 10+ years of professional work experience leading high impact UX projects
