6- Implement and evolve Design processes for efficiency and quality
- Foster integration between Design, Product, and Engineering
- Support Design System governance, maintenance, and evolution
- Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and workflows
- Manage and optimize design tools, especially Figma
- Define and track metrics for Design operations and Design System usage
