Senior Product Designer

Design intuitive, customer-centered digital experiences for BMO's lending, acquisition, and retail investments portfolio. You will lead complex initiatives from concept to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

• Design intuitive, customer-centered journeys for self-serve investing, loan and line of credit applications, insurance offerings, and personalized product recommendations
• Lead complex initiatives from concept to launch
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners including engineering, product management, and user research
• Conduct user research and testing, develop wireframes and task flows
• Create prototypes that convey the intent of initial ideas
