Senior/Principal Product Designer, Public Transit Operations (Multiple Roles)

Redesign the operating system for public transit and shape the future of AI-led design. You will lead the redesign of our dispatch and booking platform, making critical workflows insights-first and delightful for a diverse user base, including riders, dispatchers, and agency leaders. • Lead redesign of dispatch and booking platform for public transit operations
• Design insights-first workflows for dispatchers, riders, and agency leaders
• Drive AI integration in the design process from research to production code
• Partner with product, engineering, and analytics across the full lifecycle
• Demonstrate systems-thinking for complex, data-rich, high-stakes workflows
