Lead UX Designer

Valtech is seeking a Lead UX Designer to drive experience innovation for digital products and services. This role requires a strategic thinker and natural leader with a passion for solving problems and mentoring design teams. You will lead UX strategy, design end-to-end experiences, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful digital solutions.

• Lead UX strategy and execution across multiple workstreams or products
• Design end-to-end experiences, user flows, interaction models, and information architecture
• Translate customer research, business objectives, and data insights into design decisions
• Facilitate workshops and design-thinking sessions
• Mentor and coach other designers
• Champion accessibility, inclusion, and ethical design principles
