UX Researcher

As a UX Researcher, you will lead and execute research initiatives to uncover customer needs and behaviors across digital experiences. You will independently manage the full research lifecycle, translating insights into actionable recommendations that improve customer experiences and inform strategy. This role emphasizes qualitative research and collaboration with cross-functional partners to drive customer-centered decision-making.
