User Experience Analyst

Auto-Owners Insurance is seeking a User Experience Designer to analyze business requirements and user feedback to create user-centered designs. You will develop visual designs, information architecture, and conduct user research to inform web development and user interactions. This role offers flexibility with a hybrid work-from-home option after initial in-office training.

• Analyze business requirements and user feedback for user-centered design
• Create visual designs, graphics, and screen mockups
• Conduct user research, including usability studies and interviews
• Develop information architecture for web development and user interactions
• Maintain awareness of usability and user-centered design best practices
• Consult with users, architects, and project leaders to resolve issues
