Senior Experience Designer

Barbarian is seeking a Senior Experience Designer to lead end-to-end product design for high-profile clients, translating business and user needs into intuitive, visually compelling digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, present design solutions to clients, and contribute to setting the creative bar. This role requires a strategic mindset, a passion for craft and innovation, and experience in Agile environments.

• Lead end-to-end product design from discovery through delivery
• Translate business and user needs into intuitive design solutions
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and other designers
• Present design recommendations to clients
• Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies
• 5-8 years of experience in Product or UX Design
