• Lead and mentor a cross-disciplinary product design team
• Define and drive design vision and strategy for the Conversational Platform
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Research leadership
• Oversee high-impact, complex design projects from concept to delivery
• Elevate design practice and ensure human-centered, business-focused solutions
• Present work and influence executive stakeholders
