Senior / UX Designer, Engagement and Case Management Programme

Join GovTech, Singapore's lead agency for Smart Nation initiatives, as a Senior UX Designer. You will drive the digital transformation of government services by designing and developing applications that improve citizen and public officer interactions. This role involves end-to-end design, from research to UI, for a suite of applications focused on document management and digital signing.

• Lead end-to-end UX design for engagement and case management applications
• Conduct user research, prototyping, and usability testing
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define product strategy
• Improve operational efficiency and citizen experience with government services
• Design for reusability across government products
• Minimum 8 years of UX/UI design experience
