Senior Product Designer, Growth

Vercel is seeking a Senior Product Designer to define and shape the complete self-serve user journey, focusing on growth initiatives for both people and agents. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to identify opportunities, design and ship experiments, and drive measurable results in a dynamic environment.

• Own the self-serve experience across onboarding, activation, adoption, monetization, and retention
• Identify high-impact opportunities through customer research, product data, and direct use of Vercel
• Co-own Growth strategy, priorities, hypotheses, and success measures
• Build and test working prototypes using tools like Figma, v0, Cursor, and Claude Code
• Design and ship experiments, stay involved through implementation, and interpret results
• Turn successful experiments into durable product improvements and reusable patterns
