Lead UX Researcher, AI Enablement

Target is seeking a Lead UX Researcher to define and lead the research strategy for AI-enabled experiences, focusing on tools and workflows for technical and product practitioners. You will conduct mixed-method research, analyze user needs and adoption barriers, and translate insights into product strategy and recommendations. This role involves partnering with cross-functional teams, mentoring researchers, and advancing responsible AI research practices.

• Establish and lead research strategy for AI Enablement
• Conduct foundational and applied mixed-method research
• Evaluate AI-enabled and agentic concepts for responsible adoption
• Combine qualitative research with behavioral data
• Translate evidence into clear recommendations for product strategy
