Staff Product Designer

Trimble is seeking a Staff Product Designer to shape the user experience of their AI-powered contract intelligence platform for the construction industry. You will lead design initiatives from concept to launch, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor other designers. • Shape product solutions from concept to launch, owning key design deliverables
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to integrate great UX
• Spearhead user discovery and design validation with stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement in the Document Crunch design system
• Apply modern AI to real-world workflows and problems
• Mentor design team members and contribute to group strategy
