Staff Product Designer - Mobile

Oura is seeking a Staff Product Designer to shape the future of Connected Care experiences, integrating virtual care and condition management. You will define strategic frameworks, interaction patterns, and the long-term vision for trustworthy and scalable care experiences, while also evolving human care aspects like privacy and data sharing. This role requires a design leader adept at navigating ambiguity and cross-functional complexity to elevate design quality and member trust.

• Define and lead strategy for end-to-end Connected Care experiences
• Establish reusable UX frameworks, interaction models, and design patterns
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Legal, Science, Commercial, and Design
• Mentor designers and influence design direction beyond immediate product area
• 8+ years designing complex user flows and platform experiences
• Experience designing consent, data-sharing, or trust-sensitive experiences
