Senior Designer - Hard Home

As a Senior Designer, Hard Home, you will own product development from initial trend concept to final product on shelves. You will collaborate with mass retail partners and high-profile celebrity designers, translating their visions into commercially successful home collections across various categories. This role requires a strong design sense, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage projects independently from start to finish.

• Own product from trend ideation to finished goods
• Design across Hard Home categories including tabletop, lighting, and décor
• Translate celebrity and partner designer visions into commercial product
• Lead design presentations with retail buyers
• Develop tech packs, specs, and manage sampling and production
• 7+ years of Hard Home product design experience
