UX Researcher

Caterpillar is seeking a UX Researcher to join their Digital, Technology & Distribution Division. This role involves conducting user research to translate insights into actionable recommendations that improve digital and physical machine experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure user needs are central to product and service development.

• Conduct user research on digital and physical machine experiences
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for design and product teams
• Collaborate with operators, designers, product managers, and engineers
• Plan and conduct various user research methods (surveys, interviews, contextual inquiries)
• Synthesize user behavior and feedback into clear insights
• Create and maintain UX research artifacts like journey maps and storyboards
