Product Designer

Outset is seeking an experienced Product Designer to own significant parts of our AI-powered user interview platform, including a new 0→1 product called the Simulations Lab. You will translate complex technical concepts into intuitive user experiences, working closely with design, product, engineering, and sales teams. This role offers the opportunity to shape a product used by global brands and directly impact how leading enterprises understand their users.

• Own product surfaces end-to-end, from concept to launch
• Simplify complex technical systems into intuitive user experiences
• Play a central role in developing our new Simulations Lab product
• Collaborate closely with founders, scientists, PMs, and engineers
• Hold a high bar for craft while iterating based on customer feedback
• 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in early-stage environments
