Senior Designer, Industrial Design

Electrolux Group is seeking a Senior Industrial Designer to lead design projects from concept to production, ensuring alignment with global design strategy and brand vision. You will drive creative ideation, champion human-centric and sustainable design, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and feasible product solutions. This role offers the opportunity to shape the design identity of Wellbeing and SDA products and mentor junior designers.

• Lead end-to-end industrial design for assigned projects
• Drive creative workshops and concept sprints
• Develop compelling design solutions using expert-level 3D software
• Create detailed CAD models, prototypes, and production-ready data
