Senior Product Designer

Shape experiences used by tens of millions of people to sleep better, stress less, and live more mindfully. You'll use AI and modern prototyping tools to move from insight to shipped experience, balancing velocity and craft to create intuitive, engaging, and impactful designs. Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing to set the standard for craft across platforms.

• Own end-to-end product design for consumer mobile and web experiences
• Prototype quickly using Figma, AI, and low-code tools
• Present design work persuasively to cross-functional stakeholders
• Ensure high-quality execution through engineering implementation and post-launch iterations
• Use data and research to inform design decisions and measure impact
• Champion system-level thinking and evolve the design system
