What we are looking for
6- Lead 0→1 discovery and design for a new Benefits product offering
- Design end-to-end service experiences across employer, employee, and internal ops workflows
- Design AI-assisted decision moments for customer confidence
- Design AI-safe and scalable systems with clear rules and guardrails
- Make data legible and operational for human-AI collaboration
- Build product feedback loops to improve AI quality over time
