User Researcher II

Renaissance Learning is seeking a UX Researcher II to conduct end-to-end research studies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to discover product opportunities and optimize existing designs. You will synthesize research findings into actionable insights and present recommendations to drive user-focused goals.

• Design, plan, and execute end-to-end research studies
• Conduct and synthesize qualitative and quantitative research
• Present research findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams
• Analyze user behavior metrics and usability benchmarks
• Support research operations including participant recruitment
