The New York Post is seeking a Sports Copy Editor/Designer to enhance its sports coverage. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent editing skills, and a passion for sports.
What we are looking for
6- Edit and proofread sports articles for grammar, spelling, and style
- Write accurate and entertaining headlines
- Create visually compelling pages for the print sports section using InDesign
- Design graphics and utilize photos to enhance storytelling
- 4+ years of experience in print media, with at least 2 years in sports
- Proficient in InDesign and Methode publishing platform
