UX Designer, Octopus

Apex Technology Inc is seeking a UX Designer to create and innovate the user experience for Octopus, their proprietary operating system for building spacecraft at scale. You will research, design, and prototype experiences for technicians, engineers, and operators, focusing on improving efficiency and clarity within the manufacturing process.

• Research and define UX strategy for spacecraft operating system
• Design enterprise software for manufacturing and operations teams
• Optimize workflows for efficiency and reduced error rates
• Build and own the Octopus design system and UX standards
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and leadership
• 5+ years of experience designing interactive web applications
