Senior Manager, User Experience

Appfire is seeking a Senior Manager of User Experience to lead their design team and shape the user experience across a large portfolio of software products. This role involves defining AI-driven UX patterns, ensuring product consistency, and maturing research practices. You will report to the VP of Product Management and be responsible for the quality of shipped products and the growth of the UX discipline.

• Lead UX designers and own product quality and team scaling
• Define AI-driven UX interaction patterns and principles
• Mature research practices using Jobs to be Done methodology
• Ensure product portfolio feels cohesive and user-centered
• Manage hiring, onboarding, and career development for the UX team
• Drive accessibility and WCAG conformance into the workflow
