This role involves owning problem areas from definition to delivery, driving commercial outcomes, and creating designs that build trust in a regulated market. A strong emphasis is placed on visual craft, systems thinking, and integrating AI into the design workflow.

• Own problem areas end-to-end, from definition to delivery
