Human Factors, Usability Engineer

Apply human factors engineering and usability principles to develop and evaluate innovative medical device solutions. You will collaborate with R&D and clinical teams to translate user feedback into design requirements and support the testing of complex product concepts. This hybrid role requires on-site presence 2-3 days per week.

• Plan, conduct, and analyze human factors and usability evaluations
• Translate user needs into design recommendations and technical direction
• Partner with surgeons and clinical stakeholders to gather feedback
• Conduct cadaveric evaluations and document findings
• Investigate and solve novel technical and usability problems
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline and 4+ years of experience
