Senior UI Designer

LivaNova, a global medtech company, seeks a Senior UI Designer to create intuitive and visually compelling user experiences for implantable medical devices and their connected-care ecosystem. This role involves defining information architecture, producing high-fidelity designs, building prototypes, and delivering production-ready specifications, while also owning the evolution of the company's Design System.

• Define and deliver intuitive, visually compelling user experiences for medical devices
• Own the strategic evolution of LivaNova’s multi-brand Design System
• Resolve complex, cross-functional design issues across multiple products
• Define and scale UI operations, establishing team best practices and workflows
• Collaborate with product managers, engineering, human factors, and regulatory teams
• Produce high-fidelity UI designs, interactive prototypes, and production-ready specs
