UX Copywriter - Comcast Business

Comcast Business is seeking a Content Strategist to create customer-facing web copy and content for their digital properties, focusing on Small Business initiatives. This role involves translating business priorities and product enhancements into clear, compelling messaging that enhances the customer journey and buy flow. You will collaborate closely with Product, UX/UI, Brand, Marketing, and Development teams to ensure a seamless digital experience.

• Develop customer-facing web content for strategic initiatives and digital campaigns
• Produce written deliverables including copy decks and webpage copy
• Translate complex product updates into customer-friendly, benefit-led messaging
• Partner with UX/UI, Brand, Marketing, and Development teams
• Ensure content aligns with brand standards, voice, and tone
• Experience in content strategy and UX copywriting within digital products
