What we are looking for
6- Design new solutions to increase customer satisfaction for business clients
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and IT architects
- Map user journeys, identify needs, and prototype solutions
- Conduct user testing and analyze results
- Proficient in Figma/FigJam and understanding of WCAG
- Strong communication skills in Norwegian and English
